Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Canine Fitness Connection, based in the UK.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

 

2. Prizes

There are two separate prize draws:

Prize 1 – Email Sign‑Up Draw

One winner will receive one free canine fitness session.

Prize 2 – Instagram Engagement Draw

One winner will receive one free canine fitness session.

Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

 

3. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees, contractors, or family members of the promoter are not eligible.

  • Entrants must have access to email and/or Instagram depending on the draw they enter.

 

4. How to Enter

Prize 1 – Email Sign‑Up Draw

To enter, participants must:

  • Sign up to the mailing list via the official sign‑up form.

Each valid email address counts as one entry.

Prize 2 – Instagram Engagement Draw

To enter, participants must:

  • Like the giveaway post

  • Share the post to their Instagram Story

  • Follow @caninefitnessconnection on Instagram

All steps must be completed for the entry to be valid.

 

5. Opening & Closing Dates

  • Both giveaways open on 14th April 2026.

  • Entries close at 11:59pm BST on 15th April 2026.

  • Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.

 

6. Winner Selection

  • Winners for both draws will be chosen at random using a fair and impartial method.

  • The draw will take place within 72 hours of the closing date.

 

7. Winner Notification

  • Prize 1 winner will be contacted via email.

  • Prize 2 winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

  • Winners must respond within 7 days. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

 

8. Data Protection

  • Email addresses collected for Prize 1 will be used for marketing purposes in accordance with Canine Fitness Connection’s Privacy Policy.

  • Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except for the purpose of administering the giveaway.

 

9. General

  • The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.

  • The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Participants acknowledge that:

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

  • Instagram is released from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
